Potential Canada Post Service Disruption

As you may be aware, a potential labour dispute may result in a disruption of Canada Post’s services. All Canada Post mail delivery services will be suspended for an indefinite time should the disruption occur.

Cowan Insurance Group is prepared and committed to delivering services with minimal disruption to our clients and business partners in the event of a Canada Post service disruption.

We will communicate with you by phone, email, or fax in situations where we would have customarily mailed you documents. So, if you haven’t already provided your Account Representative with your email address, please do so now to ensure we can easily get in touch with you about your policies if a postal service disruption becomes a reality.
